Shifa was born in 2005 in Rataul village. Her father is a labourer and her mother a homemaker. She began her education at Salma Public School - from LKG to Class 4 - before moving to Sant Mary Inter College for Class 5 through Class 12. She is currently pursuing her B.A. from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
Shifa returned to Salma as a teacher on 24 July 2023 and has not looked back. She notes how Salma's early education gave her a strong base that made her higher studies easier. She describes Principal Sheeba Sultana Ma'am as a soft-hearted person who maintains excellent relationships with all staff.
Shifa enjoys drawing, mehndi and beauty parlour work in her free time. She hopes to see all the children of Salma grow up, study well, and become something in life.
