Tarannum - known fondly to her family as Trana - lives in Rataul and completed her B.A. from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, where she is currently pursuing her M.A. as well. Alongside her studies, she began tutoring children privately, which gave her early experience in teaching before she joined Salma on 28 August 2025.
She teaches Class 3, and describes every child in her class as sincere and respectful. What struck her most from her first day was the sense of warmth: senior teachers guide newer ones with smiles and patience; classroom management tips are freely shared; and non-teaching staff are equally courteous. "There is no competition or jealousy here," she writes. "Only team spirit - and that is the real strength of this place."
She describes herself as hardworking, a quick learner, and someone who tries never to repeat a mistake. She loves books, travel and dance.
